Unlike our traditional service which follows a 40% deposit with 60% on completion model. This service only requires a £1,000 deposit to cover the cost of brand/business research and the design/development phases. When your shiny new website reaches the launch phase, your £100 per month payment begins which covers your website hosting, security and maintenance.

When we’ve completed the design and development phase of the project, which is typically when we’ve had a tutorial with you so you can start using your website
What happens when I register my interest for Nebula100?
Our onboarding process is nice and simple:
1. We’ll book a convenient time to discuss your website and get to know your business, goals and expectations. We’ll cover all the details of Nebula100 and answer any questions you may have.
2. We’ll proceed to set up your account through our onboarding process. This is typically where we’d request the deposit and settle on the project start/end dates.
3. We’ll commence the researching and designing phase.
4. Once you’re happy with your design, we’ll begin development onto WordPress, our market-leading content management system, providing a demo link when available.
5. We’ll then schedule a tutorial session with you (if it’s of interest) which’ll enable you to sign in to your own website and add content/media. This is where your monthly £100 begins.
6. Once you’re happy, we’ll push your website live!
Is there anything I need to do for onboarding?
Typically we only end up needing two things from you, domain information and email management preference. If you have a domain already, we just need the means to update some DNS information. We’re happy to liaise with your current domain provider to update these details. As for email preference, if you’re utilising a contact form on your website, it’s often recommended to use an SMTP service (which we can set up on your behalf) – we can recommend various free providers.
How long does the process take?
Onboarding to website development sign-off typically takes 6-8 weeks. This is subject to feedback and content availability.
Can I update my own website?
Absolutely – you’ll have full, safe control over your website.
Do I provide website content?
Yes, whilst we can help optimise content for search engine optimisation, your the expert of your industry. We can recommend various copywriters we have used if that’s of interest. The same applies for photography.
What sort of website can I get?
This service is aimed at small to medium sized businesses needing an online presence. Typically the type of website developed is a “brochure” style. That said, the website’s we develop are made to be dynamic and can accommodate a huge range of features/functionality.
What is the minimum contract length for Nebula100?
36 months. After this period, you’re free to move provider or have a new website developed by someone else. However, if you wish to take your Nebula100 website with you, there is a £375 transfer fee to cover the cost of our developers packaging up your website and assisting with a smooth migration.
