• The prize draw is open to UK-based charities and small businesses who complete the full survey.
• Only one entry per organisation.
• The prize is a £50 Amazon Gift Card.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Winners will be contacted via the email provided in the survey. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.
