Cookie policy
The cookies we use on nebula.design, what they do and how you can change your mind at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how people use the site, and we only use those if you say yes.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you’re happy for us to use analytics cookies. Nothing optional runs until you choose “Opt in”. If you choose “Opt out”, we don’t use them and we remember that for six months. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Opt out”.
You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or here: change your cookie settings. If you opt out after opting in, we delete the analytics cookies we set.
The cookies we use
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google processes this data for us. We don’t use advertising or marketing cookies.
Other things that may set cookies
- Videos. Some pages include YouTube videos. They don’t load until you press “Load video”, because YouTube may set its own cookies once they do.
- Donations and payments. Our payment forms use Stripe, which sets cookies to prevent fraud. These are needed for payments to work, so they don’t need your consent.
- Logged-in staff. WordPress sets login cookies for our team when they sign in to manage the site.
Questions
If you have any questions about cookies or your data, get in touch. If you contact us about a choice you’ve made, the consent ID shown in your cookie settings helps us find it.
