Can you take over a site that wasn’t built by you?
Yes – many of our retainers are sites we didn’t originally build. Migration onto our care is free, and we run a 30-day shake-out where we tidy the codebase, document the moving parts, and write a remediation list.
What counts as “dev & design time”?
Anything that isn’t routine care: new templates, copy changes editors can’t do themselves, integrations, A/B tests, redesign tweaks.
How quickly can someone respond if my site goes down?
Essential: 8 hours. Professional: 4 hours. “Everything”: 1 hour. In practice we usually notice and start fixing before clients have even logged in to report it.
