The people behind Nebula
We’re a small team, and the people you meet on the first call are the people who build your website and answer your emails afterwards.
David Pottrell, head of digital
David leads digital at Nebula Design. His background is technical: WordPress and WooCommerce development, server infrastructure, and payment integrations including Stripe and GoCardless. He still writes code, and that shapes the advice he gives charities.
Taylor Molter, developer
Taylor is the developer behind the scenes at Nebula Design, building WordPress plugins, themes and full-stack software for charities and small businesses across the UK. Taylor joined the team in 2023 and is the key developer of our Tinwell donation plugin. If you’ve used one of our sites or tools, Taylor has probably had a hand in it.
Our research on UK charity websites
In August 2026 our crawler, NebulaBot, read the website of every charity on the three UK registers with a website on file. We publish what it finds as open research, with the method and the aggregate data, so anyone can check our working or quote the figures.
